参加する人（チームメンバー，スポンサーの方）は，同意書のフォームを確認し署名してください．
チーム登録のフォームに「チームメンバー全員が同意書を入力し終えた日」を入力する項目がありますので，チームメンバー全員の入力を確認の上，日付を入力してください．
会場受付にて参加者の名札を渡すときにフォームへの入力を確認します．
なお，受付はチーム単位で行って下さい．

参加費

大学の会計の都合等で、参加費締切日よりも遅くなる方や請求書払いが必要な方は、事務局（office@robocup.or.jp）まで事前にご相談下さい。

※「学生・大学生以上」は、「高専４－５年， 大学生， 院生」です。
　「学生・高校生以下」は、「高校生，高専１－３年」です。

1チームで複数リーグに参加する場合は、それぞれの情報を入力して下さい。
※新規参加チームも参加費が必要です。

３つ以上のリーグに登録した参加者は、３つ目のリーグより参加登録料を半額とさせていただきますので、お申し出ください。

銀行振り込みの明細書をもって、本大会の領収書とさせていただきます。

海外チームの参加費は、Peatixでの支払いもしくは当日受付にて現金で取り扱います。
（Peatixは手数料分参加費が高くなります）

依頼人情報等

振込金額は、チームごとに登録した人数分の参加費をまとめて行って下さい。
依頼人の部分は、チームコード番号、チーム名（例：ＳＭＳ－１　○○△△）を「最初に」いれて下さい。
※手作業で確認しているため、ご協力をお願い致します。

4月3日までであれば、参加者数の変更は可能です。
その際は、Google Form の情報を修正して下さい。
それ以降の人数増は、極力対応しますが、会場レイアウト等の都合で窮屈になる可能性があります。
人数減の返金対応は致しかねます。

Registration Steps

1. Team Registration
• Please submit your team and participant information via the Google Form.
• After you submit the  Google Form, we will create your team's ticket on Peatix. Please proceed with the purchase once you receive our notification.
2. Agreement Form (Required for ALL members)
Each individual member (including students, mentors, and advisors) must submit the RoboCup JapanOpen 2026 Agreement Form individually.
Important: Issuance of Name Badges
• The PDF Name Badge will ONLY be sent to members who have completed the Agreement Form.
• Without a printed Name Badge, you will not be allowed to enter the venue.

Note: Your name badge (PDF) will be issued and sent via email ONLY after we have confirmed the submission of this form for all team members. You cannot enter the venue without a printed name badge.

Payment Policy for International Teams:
You must pay the registration fee in advance via Peatix. We will create a custom payment link for your team, which includes a handling fee (e.g., 32,000 JPY for General participants). The letter will be issued only after the payment is confirmed.
Please note: For teams from countries with high visa-refusal risks, we strongly recommend completing the payment and obtaining the confirmation letter as early as possible.

Important Note on Name Badges:
Please print and bring your PDF name badge.
Only badge holders will be provided at the reception.
If you forget to bring your printed badge, a re-printing service is available at the venue for:
* 1,000 JPY (Cash - Exact change only)
* 1,200 JPY (Online payment via Peatix)

Policy on Registration Changes

Please ensure the final number of team members before payment.

• Additions: Possible by paying the difference via a new link.
• Reductions/Cancellations: Refunds are only possible before April 3rd. A handling fee may be deducted if the request is made after a certain period or due to system constraints.
